who’s behind Novy?

Nvoy is run by a Canberra-based web design and development firm called Unique Intention.

how does forward to a friend work?

If you’d like to track who your subscribers have forwarded your email to, we can pop in a link to the forward to a friend page. Here your subscribers can enter the names and emails of their friends which we’ll tag onto your campaign and send to them.

You’ll get a report summary of who among your subscribers forwarded your email and to whom it was sent.

are my subscriber lists secure?

We treat the privacy of your details and that of your subscribers with the greatest of respect. Our system runs really fancy hardware and software protection to ensure that your information is safe and secure.

All data and information stored on our servers is constantly mirrored to a backup server.
